The price on the internet doesn't match the price they ask you for. We booked the first night on the internet, than asked for 3 more nights. But they didn't tell us the the price is about 400 liras higher, per night. But you get an amazing girl that takes care of the breakfast. Really lovely girl.

Happy with our stay

We booked a standard room. We requested for a quiet room and were granted one. All the basic facilities are there such as kettle, minibar, air-conditioning, hairdryer, towels and toiletry. Curtains is black-out curtain. There is also a balcony enclosed by tinted glass. People can't see us from outside. There are a table and two good chairs. It's a nice surprise. Bed is comfortable. The colour of the ceiling light is adjustable from white to warm white, and to yellow. Water is provided in the room but no tea bag or coffee. However, you can help yourself with tea and coffee in the restaurant anytime. Breakfast is a standard Turkish breakfast which won't make you excited but I make myself happy by creating new dishes with the ingredients provided. The coffee is good. I wish they can provide full cream milk. The staff are diligent in serving and refilling the food. They will make scrambled eggs for you if you ask. There are many eateries nearby and Sok just next door. The area is much quieter than the city center, but only takes 20 minutes walk to the city center. This was exactly what we liked. The hotel is very close to Bolu otogar. In summary, we are happy with everything given the price we paid.

Konaklamamız genel anlamda iyiydi, personellerin yaklaşımı, yardımseverliği, kibarlığı ve saygıları çok üst seviyedeydi. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterli ve otelin büyüklüğüne göre harikaydı. Merkeze uzaklık aracınız varsa zamansal olarak çok yakın. Fakat negatif tarafları objektif olarak değerlendirecek olursam şunu söyleyebilirim ki odaların ses yalıtımı -en azından bizimkisi öyleydi- kötü seviyedeydi ama bu da biraz otelin diğer müşterilerine bağlı. Sabahın 3'ünde yan odada yüksek sesli konuşuluyorsa ve gülünüyorsa bu durum tabii ki otel sahibinin kabahati değil. "Keşke bir telefon olsaydı da en azından resepsiyonu arayıp durumu bildirebilseydim..." dedim ama inanın o saatte, o sesten dolayı uyandırılmış enerjimle yarı uykulu şekilde aşağıya inip durumu anlatmak istemedim. Yan odaların birinden, aşağıdan veya yukarıdan dolayı da olabilirdi, kesinliği bilmediğim için belirli bir şikayette bulunmak istemedim ve maalesef çok zor uyuyabildim. Sabah saat 4'te sesler kesilmişti. Bu durumun dışında her şey kusursuzdu. Fatih beye ve diğer çalışanlara teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum. Sağlıcakla kalın!

Bolu'da Ailecek Kalınabilecek Bir Yer

Çalışanlar ilgili, açık büfe kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Depolama alanı yetersizliği ve odanın biraz küçük olması dışında sorun yaşamadık. TV mevcut çoğu kanalı izleyebilirsiniz, mini buzdolabı mevcut market alışverişi yapıp depolamak için kullanabilirsiniz. Sıcak su gayet yeterli, sifonda veya diğer musluklarda hiçbir problem yok. Ayrıca odada kettle da var, sıcak su ısıtıp çayınızı içebilirsiniz. Balkonlar geniş ve ferah, oturma alanları mevcut. Şehir merkezine araçla 5 dk mesafede olması avantajlı. Çalışanlara tekrar teşekkürler.

Genel olarak günü birlik konaklama için ideal bir yer. Jakuzi keyfi ile daha bir başka keyifli oluyor. Kahvaltıları açık büfe şeklinde, gayet yeterli ve doyurucu. Yalnız oda ve pansiyon içinde temizlik o kadar da iyi değil. Sadece temizlik konusunda biraz yetersizlikler var. Biraz daha çeki düzen verilebilir.

Otelde 3 gün kaldım.2 gun temizlik yapilmadiktan sonra 3.gün temizlik yapilmasini istedim.Carsaflar degismemis 10 saniyesini alacak sekilde duzeltme yapilmis.Banyoda tras olmustum killara dokunulmamis oldugu gibi birakilmis.Banyo havlusu 2 adetken 1 adete o da sık kullandigim havlu camin onune katlanip bırakılmış.Banyo terligi koyulmamis.Bu fiyata kabul edilebilir diyecegim ama zaten fiyatlarda ucuz degil.Genel olarak memnun kalmadim.
