「Absolutely terrible worst hotel I ever … the room was dirty I had no pillows or blankets checking in. They gave me sheets in a bag to make my bed that were dirty with stains the breakfast was not there the guy said she called out. Old stale food.. bad staff they where no where to be found only one staff member was good as checking in his name was criag he was super friendly.. 」

「We stayed at Friends Lake Inn hoping for a relaxing getaway, but this visit was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the hotel was completely empty — no staff at the front desk, no note or key left for us, and no response to calls or texts. After waiting, we had no choice but to find and check ourselves into an unoccupied room. Additionally, none of the usual amenities were available: the restaurant and bar were not operating.
