Awesome little hotel in a nice and tidy city. Extremely modern hotelroom. Very clean. Comfortable beds. A little 'kitchen' is included in the room. Safe and Air-conditioning. The city was a typical dutch city with its canal and buildings. Perfect! To see the area, there should be a car or bicycles taken by the visitor!

Excellent serice

Comfortable room and service in pretty town. Even though I had mislaid my digital room key, the hotel was able to verify me and let me into the hotel and room extremely quickly. Very satisfied and extremely helpful

We had no experience with a hotel without a reception. But when we mentioned that we did not know how we had to enter the hotel we got a phonecall. " just call us when you are there". We did and felt very welcome.

Remotely controlled hotel without any parking

This hotel is located in an area where parking on the streets of the town is required and parking machines don't accept foreign (american) cards. There is also an app that can be loaded onto a US based iphone... Team member confirmed that they would refund since I had to find a different hotel but until now I haven't received a refund (one week has passed)

Ruim, modern, goed gelegen hotel. Goede incheck! Fijne fietsstalling. Onze indruk was uitstekend op één aspect na.; de buitendeur hotelkamer en de toiletdeur waren niet gepoetst dus erg vies. Zeker op een zwarte deur zie je alles!!!

Leuk net hotel Alles remote, er is geen personeel ter plekke Inchecken was even lastig waarschijnlijk heb ik niet goed gekeken maar ik vond geen informatie hoe dat proces verloopt. Via een belletje als nog open gedaan van afstand.
