Just okay/serviceable. Room was modern, but dusty surfaces and dust bunnies on the ground. Shower lever was broken, but my husband was handy and fixed it. Front desk was just okay too when we asked for advice to get around. Also Expedia drink credit could only be used on alcohol, which was really stated and hotel wasn’t willing to accommodate with another beverage.

New Year's trip

We spend two days at the hotel and the location is very central; the breakfast absolutely amazing and room was comfortable if small. The staff was very accommodating, they called me when our flight got delayed toensure that we were still coming, which was a first for me.

A charming hotel in the heart of Bologna, perfect for a short stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. While the room and bed were on the smaller side, they were comfortable enough for a one-night stay. However, the bathroom could use some improvements— the shower didn’t function properly, and we had towels for one person. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bit better. With a few upgrades, this could be an even better choice.

Central comfortable hotel

Very nice breakfast, nice location. Friendly service, excellent breakfast. Unfortunately some street work during our stay, but it was only temporarry.

Exceeded our expectations. 5 Stars from everyone! Perfect location, walking distance to both the city centre and train station. Great cafe and restaurant onsite. The team were very friendly and welcoming. They took really good care of us. The room was great - bigger than expected. Had comfortable beds, pillows and the shower was hot and steady. What a great stay! We definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again if we ever return to Bologna. Thank you
