Comfortable hotel in quiet street. About 20minutes walk to main square and lots of bars and restaurants very nearby. Great breakfast spread and very friendly and helpful staff.
Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in hotel room as expected for a 4* hotel.
Our room was quite small, but I think there were larger room options. It was very clean, the staff were quite helpful in booking dinner reservations. The location was in easy walking distance to the main historic areas.

Friendly and squeaky clean
I stayed a whole week at this hotel, and found it charming and relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice area with some good restaurants very close and a short distance to the city centre.
The hotel was good. Room had good storage space. Bathroom very small with no place to put toiletries. The reception staff were very helpful with booking dinner reservations. The restaurants for fine dining booked up rather quickly. An easy city to get lost in.
Good for a 3 night stay. Front desk (Sara & Davide) were helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking my airport taxi. It’s a 17 minute walk to the city centre - the restaurant Da Me is close by and a must visit. Reservations needed.
The breakfast is continental - fruits, ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries. Ask about the eggs.
I had no idea when housekeeping would come as there was no do-not-disturb sign for the door. I only learnt of the option to leave the key at the reception upon check out. It’s a physical key so safety snd privacy is essential.

Shower was the size of a postage stamp. You could not bend over to shave legs. There was mold up and down the tile.
Cleaning of bathroom was so so.
Not the best part of town (kinda ghetto). Would prefer closer to the vibrant part of the city .
Reception area and breakfast area were very nice. Breakfast had a great variety.
Hotel staff very professional.
Room was noisy, bed essentially backed on to the stairs and there were loud plumbing sounds from other rooms. Asked to change rooms but they were sold out. Staff was not remotely sympathetic. Rooms are small and tired.
Everything was very good!!! The only thing was that we had room 101 so if there are people coming in after you go to bed the headboard is on the wall of the elevator.

Staff is nice but property is dated and not well kept. Rooms are not well maintained. Location somehow convenient but outside of main city center.
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and 20 min walk to the main square. Would definitely stay again.
The rooms were located in a next by condominiums building, quite depressing.
We had to adk for toilet paper, tea bags that were missing,tea cups were not washed.
Also the carpets in the corridor were never vacuumed. We stayed for 8 nights. Breakfast was ok.
