Not worth the money. Only received one tiny soap for the bathroom, one pillow for the bed, air con barely worked, two tiny packets of shampoo. Unsure what you’re paying for because the cost is high and the hotel is bare bones basic and noisy. Location is good

We had a great stay at **Hotel Donatello in Bologna**. The location is very convenient and made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful streets and attractions nearby. Our room had a **balcony**, which was amazing and really added to the authentic Italian vibe of the trip. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Bologna. The breakfast included with our stay was very good, with a nice variety and a great way to start the day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. On our departure day, they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage at the hotel so we could enjoy one more walk around the city before leaving, which we really appreciated. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Bologna.

Lovely hotel in central bolonga

Arrived late but staff were very attentive with 24hour check in. Area felt safe, room was comfortable, clean, ensuite and great value for money. bed was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was buffet and good selection. however some guests very selfish and filling up their own bags with a lot breakfast items, making sandwiches and putting in their bags which meant there was no toast left for everyone - not hotel fault but why do people keep doing this!!!!! overall lovely stay in bolonga central.

Keeping cover in Bologna.

Great little hotel not far from train station and easily walkable to main historical area. Some nice little restaurants nearby as well. Staff were friendly and helpful as they could! Good for mid budget. The portico’s also saved me from the rain!

Great location, very walkable to most of the large sites. Minutes from the train and bus station. The room was spacious and clean (housekeeping was amazing). Very comfortable bed, good ac/heat. Front desk staff very courteous, accommodating and helpful. My only cob was the water pressure in the shower was just over a trickle. Totally frustrating ! I hope they read this review and correct the his issue. I’d like to return next year.

The room was very clean, and had all that’s needed. The AC was very good which is so important if you are visiting in summer months. The staff is very responsive and accommodated a late check in. The beds and pillows were the best out the entire stay in Italy for this price, the bathroom is a bit small but very clean and has all that’s needed. I would stay here again!
