The hotel is central to amazing dining options! The city is very walkable and convenient. Our room faced the street but you could not hear a thing with the windows shut. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well - I highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely stay again.

Room was spacious and provides toiletries. Breakfast was included and there was a variety of items. Customer service was excellent. Location is close by plaza and various restaurants and cafes. The only problem is no elevators, we had the second floor and bringing luggage up was a struggle.

Staff was helpful and hotel is quite nice with reasonable walking distance to sights. Only issue we had was the bathroom smelled like someone had smoked in it (it was a nonsmoking room) but it got better when we opened the window and staff came to reclean it the next day.

We liked the friendly staff and the continental breakfast. We also liked the high ceilings in the rooms. The only negative was having to carry our heavy bags upstairs, but we would definitely stay at Hotel Accademia again!

I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Accademia! Property is located in the heart of the university district -a really cool area with loads of restaurants nearby. Hotel is a good option for easy access to central Bologna. Rooms are clean and adequate. The bathrooms are some of the smallest we’ve ever had in Europe. I mean tiny. There is NO elevator. Staff is helpful but not that friendly. Area around hotel is walkable to do many restaurants and bars - location is great!

The room was comfortable but walls were scruffy. Everything great apart from rooms needing a refresh, saying that the bed was very comfortable and the staff were exceptional. No lift so if you are less able it is worth considering, the amazing lady at reception took my suitcase up for me although I was capable
