Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Not worth it, look for another place

In general: good location, walking distance to the central and the city centre. View over the orange/terracotta rooftops of Bologna from the windows. However, some cons to be mentioned: we struggled with reaching the responsible person for the check in which caused stress. When we arrived, the accommodation was not cleaned properly and the linens and towels were dirty. Both the laundry machine and the AC did not work properly. And in addition, the electricity went off.
