I chose this location because it was close to where I needed to be. This is an apartment converted into a B&B. It’s great inside but the surrounding residential area has little to offer. It works best if you’re driving through and need a place to stay (and park). To its credit once inside it very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The rating badges are prominently on display. The self check-in procedure is at odds with Expedia’s guidance and policies. I wasted too much time in trying to reconcile what Expedia told me to do vs what the minimally staffed location asked of me. Ugh.

Very clean and tidy in a good location close to downtown. Everything we needed was there, and the owners are very thoughtful and nice, providing comprehensive information on how to access the property. I checked out a bit late and the owner lady told me to take time and no rush, definitely will be my first open if to visit Bologna again.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Eravamo in 5, siccome avevamo un Torneo di Softball allo Stadio Falchi, la location era comodissima. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stadio. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata eccellente. Un ingresso con sala con un ampio tavolo, cucinino, due ampie camere da letto e un bagno. Due balconi sulle camere. In un contesto silenzioso circondato da un parco. Colazione al mattino con tutto ciò che serve, brioches, marmellate, succo fresco di arancia, yoghurt, caffe, latte, uova etc. In frigor c'erano anche birre, bibite e acqua che si potevano prendere lasciondo i soldi in una cassettina all'ingresso. Tutto perfetto.

Sicuramente consigliato!

L'appartamento ben curato e soprattutto pulito. Dista 15min dal centro, raggiungibile facilmente in autobus. Ricca colazione e bevande fresche disponibili in frigorifero. Proprietario / gestore molto gentile e disponibile, fin dal momento della prenotazione.

Acqua calda per la doccia inesistente. L'appartamento ha 2 camere e un bagno in condivisione. Durante il mio soggiorno entrambe le camere erano occupate e probabilmente a questo è dovuto il fatto che l'acqua calda sia finita. L'appartamento in sé è gradevole ma male organizzato

Отличная квартира в приятном районе

Всё супер: мебель, удобства, расположение. Пара советов хозяину: 1) присылать инструкцию по заселению заранее (оплатил за месяц до поездки), учитывая некоторые особенности самостоятельного чек-ина. А то я пару предыдущих дней был без почты и стоял, как баран перед новыми воротами, не зная, что и как. Пришлось звонить (ни разу не дёшево с российского номера) хозяину и на своём слабом английском пытаться понять, что он там говорит на своём плохом английском. 2) Сообщать гостям своей прекрасной квартиры, что в ней есть ещё постояльцы. А то получилось не очень удобно: вернулись заполночь, смеялись, разговаривали, шумели дверцами посудного шкафа (такая конструкция, что не закрыть тихо, только захлопывать), не закрывали дверь в туалет (плохо отрегулированы петли и замок, решили её не мучить)... А где-то через час из второй спальни вышла женщина с несчастным выражением лица... 3) Свежевыжатый сок в холодильнике - это круто. Не круто, когда он прокисший. В остальном молодцы, обязательно заедем ещё!)

Punto di pernottamento lontano dal mondo senza negozi senza supermercati per poter comprare qualcosa pulizia della Camera inesistente oltretutto nemmeno il fatto di rifare il letto nonostante c'è scritto pulizia giornaliera nonostante il ragazzo sia stato educato ma anche il fatto di aver premuto più di una volta sul fatto di lasciare la stanza verso le ore 10:00 mobili carinissimi Però ripeto che era lontano dal mondo e non capisco il fatto che non c'era la televisione in una stanza del tè da e non capisco il fatto che non c'era la televisione nonostante in qualsiasi altro b&b ci sia sempre la televisione Il ragazzo ha detto che è un servizio che non gli hanno richiesto mai E a me sembra anche assurdo
