Good hotel, great service, but needs aircon units

Walking into the lobby, I was welcomed and helped immediately. Gave the guy my name, double-checked if I had actually paid for parking (which I had, the previous day) and then I got my room key. No need to check any sort of ID, unlike in Japan. But then I got to the room. It was a scorcher this particular day, so the staff had put 2 fans into the room. Those didn't really help until 2-3 AM the next morning. Overall: great room, good breakfast. But the rooms NEED airconditioning units.

Super fräscht hotell. Trevligt bemötande. Fina rum, välstädade och allt funkade som det skulle. Oavsett allt positivt: Scandic gillar att ta betalt för sina rum. Alldeles för höga priser för ett hotellrum i Bollnäs!

Väldigt trevlig personal, fantastisk frukost. Åt en god middag ena kvällen. Hade önskat att kunna äta något vid lunchtid men det serverades bara frukost och middag. Det var väldigt varmt på rummet trots att vi hade två fläktar men det är ju inte så vanligt att vi har 30 grader varmt i Sverige.

Hotell med otroligt läge och fantastisk personal.

Bodde två nätter på detta fantastiska hotell med otroligt bra läge och trevlig personal. Att jag inte ger hotellet fem stjärnor är endast för att rummet var oerhört varmt och utan AC. Fläkt fanns på rummet men när det är 30 grader varmt ute så hjälper det inte helt och hållet.
