Bra familjehotell med promenadavstånd till vackrastränder och strandpromenad. Rolig lekplats för barnen och två stora pooler, varav en uppvärmd till 25 grader. Fanns otroligt mycket mat att välja på i buffé, standarden ibland lite skolmatsal, men utbudet gör det toppen för barnfamiljer. Väldigt lugnt och trevlig hjälpsam personal.

Spend here 4 days and enjoyed our stay, great location and very convenient. It is a very family oriented property, small kids everywhere. I would recommend it for parents with small kids, dining options are great and pool options a plenty. Beach is close by and also the famous Zlatni Rat beach is only 5 minutes away.

We had a very nice stay here in Bol. The room was newly renovated, modern and very fresh, all areas clean and very friendly staff. The food was ok, a big classic buffet, nothing spectacular but good. A bit noisy restaurant area. For a family with children I’d say it’s super, but maybe not the absolute beat option if you’re looking for a quiet romantic place.

Our room was infested with ants, we had to change rooms 3 times because of that. My friend forgot her heels in one of the rooms and we were allowed to go look for them once they finished cleaning the rooms but they weren’t there anymore. The staff refused to help us with anything except for the bellhop, he was the only kind person at that hotel. Would never go back again.

Fin anläggning, rent och välskött. Maten var också bra men den stökiga restaurangen var ett irritationsmoment. I stort sett varje måltid var det grinande barn, hög ljudnivå och mycket spring fram och tillbaka mellan borden. Hade kunnat delas in i olika zoner eller någon sorts skärmväggar eller liknande för att hålla ljudnivån nere. Sedan röker man överallt mest hela tiden, vilket är mindre trevligt för oss icke rökare. Men fin anläggning med ett mycket bra läge.

A nice hotel and pool, good food.

Room was nice and clean on arrival, serviced daily. Safe wasn't working but was replaced quickly although not attached to the wall. Shower flooded but was quickly cleared and fine for the rest of the stay. Lots of USB ports to charge devices. Pool had lots of sunbeds and umbrellas and no rush to get one. The 2nd pool was nice but needed cushions on the wooden slatted beds. Activities going on throughout the day, if you wish to join in, and the animation team were friendly. The food was good and plentiful, a nice selection of salads and hot food, desserts and fruit. This is a full board plus hotel, so not completely all inclusive, food only available during the dining hours, also beer and wine at lunch and dinner. 2 bars open for drinks to be purchased but were quite pricey, especially for a non-alcoholic fruit cocktail which was about £6! The kids club was up to the age of 11, juniors were 12 and above. The animation team were friendly and had craft activities and put on a show one evening after the mini disco. Overall, it was a nice hotel, which was close to the beach for water activities and boat trips. Bowling available at the other Bluesun Hotel. If LED lights bother you at night, then take some black electrical tape as it was like Blackpool illuminations with 7 tiny lights dotted around the room, which you could also see reflected in the mirror making 14!! Never has the sticky luggage tag come in so handy! It is not a hotel for those that like to stay up late.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They clean the rooms daily, and leave new towels if you request them, however don't always replace the exact number. You can always call reception though, and request more. There was a great variety for all meals, from different meats, fruits and veggies, pastries, they had it all and everything was very delicious. You have unlimited water, soft drinks, beer and wine during meals, but nothing in-between. It's available for purchase however. They should at least have water available for refills, you pay so much to stay at this hotel, I feel it's the least they can do. At the buffet, there were a lot of issues with kids touching all the food, glasses etc. Parents didn't care and staff didn't always see and when they did, they didn't do much about it. The restaurant is also non-smoking, but some guests were still smoking and staff didn't say anything. Staff are very friendly and ready to help, whether you go to reception directly or call in, they can usually help you within just a few min. There is no iron in the room, I called to request one, but they said they cannot provide it as they offer laundry services. So that was a big turnoff. All hotels offer laundry service but they also provide you with an iron if you need to use one. This really annoyed me. We did not use their beyond overpriced laundry service. We used a local laundromat that was close by and they were amazing.

We weren’t happy that the room description on Expedia said our apartment had a double bed and 2 singles but was in fact a double bed and a sofa bed. We I contacted the hotel a month before arrival to check this were assured by email that we would be given a room with 4 beds on arrival but this did not happen. After a long conversation and practically begging, (even with the email proof from the hotel) , we managed to get our room changed but had to have 2 seperate rooms and not a family room. Positives: The hotel is in a beautiful location. The food was lovely. Efficient staff in the food hall too. Negatives The wrong room given, staff not very understanding. The resort is so hilly and our apartment was as far up the hill as you could go! Very tiring! The food hall is so so busy!

Goed hotel, we verblijven ın een apartment. De inrichting niet echt goed. Voor 3 personen was het krap. Niet genoeg kastruimte. Geen thee of koffie faciliteiten in de kamer. Schoonmaken kan iets beter. Buffet is prima maar weinig variatie. Personeel in het restaurant en bar waren vriendelijk vooral de buitenlandse personeel. Er is een handoekservice, een eigen strand van Bluesun hotels. Naast Bonaca zijn er nog 2 hotels van Bluesun in de zelfde park. Elaphusa en Borak. Ondanks je in hotel verblijft, dien je per dag €40 betalen voor 2 strandbaden en 1 parasol te betalen. Maar er is geen douche en wc op het strand. Wat mij betreft dan een absurd bedrag is dit. Verder de locatie van het hotel prima tussen het gezellige dorp Bol en het bekende strand Zlatni rat. Afstand voor beide locatie 10 a 15 minuten lopen.

Veldig bra for barne familier. Mange solsenger og kort vei til både små strender langs promenaden og zlatnirat. Maten var det heller ingenting og si noe på. Anbefales!!

This place was amazing, good price, really good service, helpful staff, close to many beaches. Good food. Personell was really friendly. A lot of tennis courts (we couldn't play because of a tournament, but it was fun to watch professionals play). Training room was a bit small and for us not well equipped, some dumbells would be great. Really good place for everyone including families with children. We will hopefully go back sometime.

Supert opphold

Fint hotell med oppussede rom og god aircondition. Rent basseng og stort sett nok solsenger. God mat, variert buffet med både fisk, kjøtt og grønnsaker til både lunsj og middag (og med alternativer til barna). Det ligger en liten spasertur unna stranden, noen koselige småstrander i nærheten, i tillegg til Slatni Rat.
