「Staying at the Panzio is very good, especially if you do not drive. The rooms are large. There is a full kitchen that is shared by 4 rooms. There were two desks in the room. A large shower. External shutters that totally block the light and help insulate in the winter. It is right off the main plaza downtown. Less than a block from one of the main tram lines. Fantastic Christmas market. 「As a first impression. Our booking was cancelled 3days before our arrival by the hotel. I only learned this because I wanted to check the check in policy. I chose the option to pay at the hotel, however I never at any stage of the booking process was asked to provide any bank details. Hence I was surprised when querying the cancellation with hotels.com I was told that the hotel had withdrawn my reservation due to failing taking payment. Without any notification was this done.
