「The location is beautiful. Really peaceful and picturesque. I would recommend that you hire a car because you can get to the highlights of the island better and it’s more cost effective than taxis. What makes this hotel, in addition to the beautiful grounds and beach, are the staff ! They are so attentive and professional and friendly. Felt really welcome and cared for. The breakfast was varied and tasty and was very good quality. Room service was prompt and the service fee is worth it. ...

「A beautiful, clean and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. Unfortunately, the buffet restaurant was a major disappointment and fell well below the standard of the rest of the hotel. The food was cold and bland, unlike the à la carte restaurants, where we enjoyed good meals. The optional all-inclusive package was also confusing, with insufficient clarity about what was included and what required an additional charge. Overall, a lovely hotel, but the buffet food and the clarity of the...

「The main issue with this hotel is that the staff allowed other guests who were there in large groups to hang around outside their rooms on the balconies, playing music, talking, drinking, smoking, partying meaning that you had no privacy in your room and this went on until 11.00pm. The reception was closed at this time of night and I asked the night porter to quiet them down and he was reluctant. "They are here on holiday to have a good time, perhaps you should ask to move your room" was his...
