"Room was sooo hot. Sleeping impossible. Room directly under the roof. No air circulation. Bed was hard as a brick. Basically a thin mattress over a slab of wood. Hardly any water pressure in shower and change of temperature from cold to boiling and back. Maybe a power shower installation as they use in the UK and Ireland would help. "

Die Rezeption ist meistens nicht besetzt und die Anmeldung muss in einem anderen Hotel erfolgen. Auch wenn beim Verlust ein neuer Schlüssel benötigt wird, muss mann durch die ganze Stadt fahren um es in anderen Hotel abzuholen.
Die Zimmer-Einrichtung und die Flure sind veraltet (80-er/90-er Jahre) mit hässlichen Teppichen, aber alles ist sehr sauber, die Matratzen sind nicht bequem und durchgelegen. Das Bad ist...

"Nice place. Spacious rooms. There is no attendant but, was very easy to get keys. Bathroom was overly warm and we could not adjust this. Far away from other city things so, nice and quiet "

"Very nice place, excellent location right between the old center and shopping mall with few minutes walking to both locations. The room was large and very nicely decorated in country old style. The lady that welcomed us was very nice. Parking is not free but available all around at a price of 4 euro for 24 hours. Breakfast was nice and overall we really enjoyed the place."

"I had a lovely stay, the hotel has a very unique design, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious. Wifi working great.
My only negative point is that on weekend nights, as the hotel is very central, the noise from the street really penetrates the room. I didn't mind much but I know some people are sensitive."
"I wanted a hotel near to the Vila Tugenhat and tram lines that would be good for an overnight stay. Hotel Europa met my needs. It isn't fancy, but the staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative and helpful. The rooms could do with renovation, but they are spacious, comfortable and clean. I was on the top floor in hot weather, but opening the skylights at night and air con at other times fixed that. The breakfast in the morning was a real spread of hot and cold options and very delicious. I was very happy at Hotel Europa"
