「No one provides us the key box code before our arrival. Luckily there's someone happened to open the door at the moment when we arrived. I guess he is the staff and he gave us the key after I presented the email about our booking. 」

An der Rezeption wurde man freundlich empfangen. Leider waren die Matratzen nur sehr hart aber das ist ja kein grund eine schlechte Bewertung zu geben.」

「距離巴士站150公尺，在進城門的第一間，不用石板路拖行李很方便，房間內擺飾設計很溫馨且附近即有超市，可以自行煮食，離彩繪塔城堡約300公尺，可以輕鬆拍到經典場景早中晚，房間外視野是公園與城堡，舒服又安靜。」

「服務態度不好，暖氣壞掉去跟櫃檯很難溝通。然後就算派人來確認，也故意不說英文，也沒有把暖氣修好，默默就開門離開，留下錯愕的我們，沒暖氣害我老婆冷到感冒。誇張的還有熱水瓶竟然有水，表示沒有認真清潔。整體不推薦亞洲人來這間飯店！」
