geat time in a historic place.

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful forest. The building itself is a very nice historic building. Eating outside on the terrace in gorgeous. The rooms are nice and clean. We enjoyed the very good and friendly service and the delicious food. We highly recommend this place.

Resalto sobre todo la atención del personal, siempre atentos a los requerimientos y muy amables. En cuanto a artículos personales de aseo, únicamente se cuenta con jabón líquido, papel higiénico y toallas. El desayuno bastante limitado, solo Americano, les falta bastante variedad en la carta. Respecto a las bebidas, no contaban con ninguna sin azúcar. Por último, la reserva que se realizó fue por un valor de COP 133.450,00, al llegar a realizar el check-in se nos indicó que faltaba cancelar un restante, el cual tuvimos que cancelar a la salida + COP 45.000, argumentando que la tarifa que se encontraba en la pagina de HOTELS.COM ya no se encontraba vigente.

El servicio genial súper amables todos muy gentiles y serviciales en todo momento, comida rica y Rosy, les doy un 3 solo porque creo que con lo que cobran sus instalaciones podrían ser mejores, los muebles algo deteriorados en las habitaciones y baño, techo y había cucarachas que pues es normal pero debido a muchos huecos en la habitación y baño y techos pues entraban y salían, d vdd creo que pueden ir cambiando ciertas cosas de las instalaciones únicamente de resto limpio y el personal divino!!! Gracias!!!

La habitación superior es muy agradable, la vista y la naturaleza que le rodea es genial, el hotel es muy tranquilo, area de piscina bonita. Todo el mobiliario es muy viejo, está en buen estado pero el hotel se ve viejo y en general muy deteriorado en puertas, pasillos, senderos y paredes.

Es un hotel con estilo antiguo, super cómodo, sus instalaciones, habitaciones, recepción piscina, restaurante, todo muy agradable. El desayuno es delicioso. Lo único malo fue que el clima permaneció un poco frío.

Doble cargo de la estadía en la tarjeta de crédito

Muy mal me cargaron 2 veces el costo de mi estadía a mi tarjeta. Inicialmente uno realiza el pago a través de la página hoteles.com, pero estando en las instalaciones del hotel California de Pacho Cundinamarca lo obligan a dar nuevamente el código cv de la tarjeta de crédito y le aseguran que no tendrá problemas, pero mentira, cuando llega el extracto de la tarjeta se ve reflejado el doble costo. Imagino que este comentario será eliminado, dado que no les conviene que otros usurarios se enteren de este acto tan deshonesto.

Nice Hotel close to pacho surrounded by nature

The Hotel is located just outside of Pacho in the middle of nature, a coffe plantation a river. The setting is great. The hotel is an old house, is in good condition, the people were very kind. Altogether I would recommend it to stay in Pacho.

Realmente la estadía estuvo bien aunque en el baño habían fallas lo cual me causo muchas incomodades en el desayuno pueden mejorar con variedad para los huéspedes, sin embargo me parece una falta de respeto que muestren un precio en internet y al momento de llegar al hotel me pidan mas dinero cuando ya había cancelado el valor en linea suponiendo que era el valor total. Según la de recepción que son los cargos hoteleros los precios del hotel no son reales personalmente el sitio esta sobrio pero personalmente primera y ultima vez que visitare este hotel.

Prachtige omgeving en erg mooi hotel

Mooie plek,heerlijk eten en erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! We hebben erg genoten en mooie foto's kunnen maken omdat het hotel zo mooi onderhouden is. Prachtige natuur! Mooi zwembad,helaas geen gebruik van kunnen maken doordat het iets te koud was.

Hotel - Casa antigua, con excelente atención.

Hotel - Casa antigua con un ambiente romántico para pasar en pareja, lejos del ruido del pueblo. Excelente atención de la administradora. Recomiendo las habitaciones superiores, se paga un poco más pero son más independientes y muy bien ambientadas.
