Me he quedado otras veces y está vez note una cierta desmejora. En la habitación que me tocó la cama y la almohada no fue cómoda, y no salió agua caliente. La atención buena, te guardan las maletas, el desayuno puede ser mejor pero salva, y la zona super bien ubicado.

The photos of the hotel are really different from how it actually looks like, 2 of the recepcionists were nice but the other was rude and always got pissed at any request

Mala experiencia
No lo recomiendo, la situación fue que por temas de trabajo no pude viajar el dia que tenia pensado y al llamar al hote en todo momento me saia una grabación de linea fuera de servicio por lo que me fue imposible comunicarme con el hotel para cancelar mi reserva y si me cobraron los 98.000 la noche. Finalmente nunca se pusieron en contacto conmigo para saber uq me habia pasado por lo que a mi parecer que quedaron con mi dinero y ni les importo saber porque no fuí.

I liked the area and the staff was very polite. The room could've been cleaner, the towels, the utensils.. Every light bulb should be working in the room. I Had flea bites after I left. Disappointing.

Location is prime, close to everything. Property is dated, housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms properly, saw human hairs on pillows and sheets, they don’t wash after every check out . Leaks in the sinks, no fans, no AC toiletries include 2 small awful smelling soaps, nothing else like shampoo, body wash or lotion

Good but not great
It was fine for a day or two, especially for the price paid, but the room was cramped, with a small bathroom and was directly across from the front office. This made the room noisy because I could hear everything. Good food options are in the vicinity. I moved to another posada in the La Candalaria area for the same price and it was so much more comfortable and charming.

Demasiado ruido, imposible dormir.
En general nuestra experiencia no fue buena, en el baño colocan un jabon diminuto, el ruido terrible, es imposible dormir pues están ubicados al lado de una zona de muchos bares y discotecas. No tiene parqueo, no tiene ascensor y es muy dificil, porque tengo invalidez y me ubicaron en 3 pisos, por nada del mundo, nos acomodaron en otra habitación. La televisión malisima y camas, closet y demas muebles viejos. Lo unico positivo es el aseo.

Excelente hotel
Joanna, en la recepcion, fue muy amable. La habitacion muy comoda, limpia y las camas fantasticas. El aire acondicionado estaba encendido y la habitacion muy fresca. El hotel es centrico y tiene de todo cerca: tiendas, supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes, plazas y miles de bares y discotecas. Excelente.

El personal fue amable y de fácil aproximación. No obstante, las instalaciones se notan deterioradas. El sitio podría lucir más que bien y prestar un servicion aún mejor, no obstante parecería que los dueños poco se preocupan por invertir en las instalaciones.

Great for businesses
Experience overall was great. Breakfast was nice, very attentive personnel. Restaurant in front of hotel was nice and cheap. Close to a lot of commercial services.

I didn't like having to wait outside multiple times to be let in the property. Coming back from the gym I had to wait almost 20 minutes to be let in. Coming back to the hotel during the night seemed like it was an inconvenience to be let in.

Very helpful staff! Bakeries and restaurants and supermarkets should you need anything! Also about 10 minutes to a larger TransMileno station to explore the city! Felt safe and welcome during my 1 week stay here
