The hotel was absolutely wonderful, especially for the price. The staff was fantastic, everyone was helpful, supportive, and very respectful. The hotel was consistently clean, and the location was extremely convenient. The food was delicious! Mrs. Margot, the cook, truly pampered me by carefully maintaining my diet just the way I needed it. I sincerely appreciate her kindness and attention. My stay was very relaxing and peaceful. I found everything I needed just steps away from the hotel, a small convenience store next door that had anything you might need (thank you, Mrs. Mary!), a laundry place two blocks away (thank you, Mrs. Susan!), a drugstore nearby, as well as many restaurants and activities within walking distance. There was also great access to transportation and banks. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay!

El personal es muy amable, la ubicación es buena. El único punto a mejorar, considero que son los elementos para el baño, solo hay un jabón para cuerpo, pero no había jabón de baño ni shampú, elementos mínimos pero que hacen más reconfortante la estancia.

Pesimo servicio. Desde recogida al aeropuerto hasta salida. 1.Llegamos al aeropuerto y nos toco esperar Nos buscaran incluso teniendo retraso en la llegada del avion. 2. Eramos 3 y solo habia 1 cobija y la forma que acomodaron las camas no quedaba nada de espacio para caminar, tuvimos que moverlas. 3. Al dia siguiente el desayuno supuestamente llegaba al cuarto en 15 minutos y tardó casi 1 hora y para colmo llega sin cubiertos. Igual nos cobraron el precio completo, cero disculpas o descuento por el inconveniente. 4. Llegamos de nuestro tour a un cuarto recogido y sin papel higienico. Algo tan basico y no lo dejaron. 5. Pedimos transporte para el aeropuerto y no lo habian confirmado, tocó pedir un uber. Pesimo servicio. Si pudiera le daba 0 estrellas.
