Amarga experiencia

1. Las habitaciones parecían de residencia de pueblo. 2. El hotel estaba con lonas verdes en todo su interior. 3. Los baños feisimos, la ducha con cortina plástica , 4. Nadie ayudo con maletas , nadie realizó indicaciones en habitación. . 5. Desayuno muy regular . 6. Con un letrero en el dispensador de agua q decía no llene botellas o termos . Un botellón de 20 litros cuesta 2500 pesos. 7. Las camas horribles . 8. El TV idéntico al que tenía mi abuelita La verdad muy malo para el costo de la habitación. Y encima me cobraron por encima de lo q reserve.

El valor por noche se incrementó a la tarifa mostrada en la reserva, pedí que me explicaran y me dijeron que era los impuestos pero los valores no me coincidieron, la comida ,el servicio estuvieron muy bien, sugiero estar revisando la limpieza de la piscina y el agua es muy fría.

Las instalaciones están en buen estado, la zona donde están los juegos de mesa tiene una vista muy hermosa, la comida estuvo rica y la el personal muy amable. La habitación que nos dieron tenía un olor como a humedad y al quedar frente a la vía principal se escucha mucho el ruido de los carros.

Buen sitio para descansar en pareja

Un lugar agradable, bien ubicado, bonita arquitectura y hermosa vista. El wifi no tiene buena cobertura, en la piscina no hay control ya que termina siendo molesto y los meseros necesitan más preparación en cuanto a conocer la carta, pero en general bueno .

Un buen lugar para pasar en Familia o descansar

Excelente servicio y lugar para pasar un rato agradable, tenian problemas con los teléfonos por lo que era incómodo buscarlos o estarlos llamando al celular cada vez que se requeria algo, el servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones estuvo un poco flojo, los costos de los almuerzos o las cenas son un poco elevados vs los productos que ofrecen y a que el sector tiene otros sitios mas económicos. Pero en general el personal siempre estuvo atento y coordial para prestar un buen servicio apesar de los inconvenientes...muy recomendado y espero volver....
