The staff was very helpful even though they are not responsible for property Quality. Alejandro attention was amazing very friendly and attentive all the time. The bathrooms are super uncomfortable, mattresses were horrible and uncomfortable the pillows even worse, they were in a hard plastic cover with almost nothing inside. I know it wasn’t the more expensive one however they should have at least better pillows.

Construction inside the building. Noise all day. Beds are extra small. Staff unfriendly. I made the choice of paying at the property and pay way more. Not only taxes and other fees. Different price. Not worth for the price that ended up paying.

Terrible experience at this hotel and all because we went through Expedia to make the reservation and payment. At time of arrival at the hotel they claimed no payment was made and made us paid twice. Claiming they had no contract with Expedia as it is a platform only to make reservations which that wasn’t the case as it made us pay to be able to reserve the room. Staff at the hotel weren’t helpful and when we asked for management they refused to call them and claimed owner of the hotel was out and could only talk to staff through the phone.

El único conectar para cargar el celular en el baño, la habitación huele a humedad. Dieron inicialmente para una persona, luego con el cambio no dieron toallas suficientes. El hospedaje y atención del personal que atiende muy bien, pero las instalacion interna y habitacion tienen mucho olor a humedad. La estancia fue de 2 noches y se tuvo que hacer cambio de habitación por qué el frío y la humedad eran muy fuertes. El personal que nos atendió estuvo presto a resolver estos inconvenientes.
