The breakfast was amazing great spread and good quality, the staff were great and very professional. The location of the hotel is perfect although Bogota overall is highly populated and difficult to use public transportation around. Although the hotel has a trust service of taxi that allows you to move around and save.

Only issue was my toilet was not flushing i called the front desk they said 5 min someone would be there to help. No one showed. No biggie it finally began to work. Lucia restaurant was very good!!! Daily breakfast had a huge selection of food not yiurbusual continental breakfast.

Initially was given a disabled room which whilst large was not suitable - bathroom had no shelving space and the water filled the room. There was a large gap in the door so you could see inside from the corridor. Second room was much better. But noisy clubs and bars nearby made it difficult to sleep and the windows don't close properly. The breakfast selection was very good and service from the staff excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient part of Bogotá, and we felt completely comfortable walking around and exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay at this Hotel! Would definitely stay here again if i come to Bogota. The housekeeping staff is very nice and does a great job! My only problem was the noise from the windows not being soundproofed well. But that doesnt change me 5 star rating. Great place to stay!

Lovely staff. Very attentive and helpful. Room condition varied in quality among the 3 units booked for myself and family members staying there during the same period. Room 403, 805 and 507. Room 403 felt like a major downgrade compared to the other two could use some repair/maintenance. The beds in all 3 rooms are extremely stiff/hard mattresses. Food quality at breakfast and dinner/room service was a bit lacking at times/inconsistent.
