We really enjoyed our stay! The bed is very comfortable and the rooms were big. The only issue is the street noise that can be heard in the rooms due to the poor soundproofing.
We had some hot water problems at the start AND issues with keeping our Room Key active due to some problems you were having with your computer system - that we we had a great stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Your staff was always quite gracious - our Guides Alvaro and Andrea were excellent!!
First time in Colombia and I WILL BE BACK especially this hotel !!! From the minute we arrived the front desk was very accommodating and also the employees at the restaurant. The breakfast was great and they prepared our eggs as we wanted. We also went to happy hour inside the hotel and that was great as well.Thanks again for an amazing crew.

The check-in process was okay and efficient. The lobby area looks nice, and the luggage service was very good and professional.
Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt very outdated and old-fashioned, and it was uncomfortably cold. The in-room heating did not work at all. The photos online look significantly better than the actual condition of the room.
It also took an unusually long time for hot water to arrive, and once it did, the water pressure was almost nonexistent. There was visible mold in the bathroom, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range.
In addition, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the corridors. The odor on the third floor in particular was overwhelming and made the entire floor feel poorly maintained.
Breakfast was rather average and below expectations for a Hilton property. On top of that, I was charged 19% VAT despite arriving with a Swiss passport, which added to the frustration.
Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards one would expect from Hilton at this price point
Jackson works as concierge, front desk, and bellman. He is everywhere and so efficient and professional. His support was the highlight of my experience at the Hilton. He should be the front end manager! Customer service is his priority and it shows.
