The staff was extremely courteous and kind. Any issues were addressed immediately and they went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. Our stay at EK Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very cozy, with great attention to detail. The location is perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. We truly felt welcomed and cared for during our entire stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bogotá!

I had an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable, clean an spacious. The staff is amazingly good, friendly and professional, everyone makes you feel welcome. I can praise enough the restaurant staff, Tatiana and 2 gentlemen working with her, every day they tried their best to offer you whatever they can to make your breakfast experience something extraordinary, I like the fact that part of the breakfast menu was different every day, it's fantastic to enjoy that delicious traditional flavour. The hotel is very well located, I renewed my stayed after the first booking so I stayed for 9 days and I will be back for sure.

Great hotel in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast was excellent every day and the staff was friendly and attentive as well. Neighborhood is super safe and we were able to find Uber without issue to different parts of the city. Wish they had a hot-tub instead of a sauna. But all in all a good stay. Would come back.

We arrived about 4am and the staff were wonderful. We were joining a group tour the next day. We had booked a superior room for the one night previously to the tour and they left us in the superior room rather than moving us to the room the tour group had purchased. The restaurant and desk staff were great, very friendly and always wanting to help. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bogota.
