The apartment is located in a very nice and safe area. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very kind and willing to help. Breakfast was great. A few things in the apartment need to be refreshed.

Good place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. Most staff can understand some English so it's helpful for those who don't speak any Spanish. The building is a little outdated but the room was cozy. I enjoyed the stay there. Breakfast is always cooked to order eggs, arepa, cereal, bread, and fruit everyday but they only serve in a 4 hour window.

The suite was large ( I believe they all vary) and very good value. Best perhaps very helpful staff. Beware though if you don’t speak Spanish.my partner does so we were fine but not one staff member had English. Big issue. Kitchen has. Appliances but nothing else. No towels no coffee no sugar or creamer. Late night arrivals beware. Grocery shopping first priority ( see also need for Spanish)!!!j good place but management needs to plug some holes. Overall once you do the groceries it is fine.

I was not told that there was a safe or a sauna. I was not given the instructions on how to use the appliances: Oven, microwave, TV. (sorry, but these are different from those in the US). The vents in the bathroom and in the kitchen are super dirty causing me to sneeze constantly. Apparently, they use a cloth of some sort to clean the bathroom mirror and it doesn{t work because you can see the streak all over. The room looks clean but on closer inspection it is not. The people at the front desk and the security guar5d could not be nicer. I´d give them a 10 over 10, always doing their best to assist me in every which way possible. Perhaps a supervisor could review each unit upon cleaning, to ensure that the unit is in perfect working condition, prior to leasing and/or the host returning. Other than this, I highly recommend this place. I will definitily come back. Nice location, quiet and secure area, all types of restaurants & shopping stores within walking distance,I found a shoe repair shop, a grocery store, a beauty salon and when my laptop crashed, here I am at an internet café. Transportation is great too.

Esta muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable, hay servicio de limpieza diario. El apartamento está dotado con casi todo, aunque es un establecimiento con algunos años, todo es medio viejito y anticuado. También tienes lavandería compartida. El desayuno no es una maravilla pero cumple.

The customer service was outstanding. The size of the apartment was great. The only complaint I have is the restaurant, the breakfast was very basic and plain, no options, no colombian breakfast available. The restaurant hours are limited and not convenient for the visitors. I will come back but have to plan to get my meals somewhere else:

Spacious and secure Apartment, however the bathroom needs remodelation and so does the kitchen. The stove was not working and the fridge made a loud noise. Direct TV services with TV in the bedroom and living room in Spanish and English. The bed was very comfortable. Next door they are still building for another year and they start early. Daily cleaning services, friendly staff and breakfast possibility continental for around 4$ per person.

Muchas oportunidades de mejora

La tarifa me pareció alta, tuve que sumarle $30.000 por impuestos y adicional pagar por los desayunos ($12.500 por unos huevos con jugo, café y pan) muy costoso. La habitación no estaba mal, pero con deficiencias eléctricas, los toma corrientes en su mayoría no funcionaban y se veian muy gastados, en alguno se observa un corto.
