Great personnel and customer service. Great location. Some of the property fixtures are a bit run down. Faucets are loose, leaking, and deteriorated. Light bulbs are often burned-out. Iron boards need upgrading.

Good value for money

The hotel allowed us to check-in early which was very helpful, airport transfer was easy to find at the airport too. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Breakfast was basic, but fine. We look forward to coming back next year for our business trip.

Everything was great except the service

The place is nice and well located. I stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite for one week, which was really comfortable, and spacious. My only issue, and the reason why I would not stay here again, nor recommend the place is because of the staff. The people in the front desk would not act in a way to make my stay comfortable. I would need to call many times to get my room cleaned up, even after asking them to clean it I would come back 3 hours later and the room would be uncleaned. I called the front desk to ask what happened, they only responded "yes sir'....which was an answer that I didn't understand. One of the days during my stay, the apartment upstairs had construction and despite me calling many times and even walking down to the lobby 4 times, nothing happened until I reached out to the manager, who was helpful and understanding. Edwin from the breakfast was amazing, he is the one person from the hotel that was really amazing going above and beyond. Catalina, Erika, and the other male attendants from the front desk were a mess. Because of them , I would not stay here again!

Pregunta si el apartamento es el de las fotos

No era el apartamento que vi en las fotos, no me parece acorde a lo que cobraron, fueron 700.000 pesos por dormir 2 personas en 1 noche. Se alquiló para tomar fotos, por ello era importante tener lo que vimos previamente en internet, se tomaron fotos pero hubo que retocar en Photoshop marcos de puertas y guardaescobas, me pareció costoso, además había zonas que faltaba mayor limpieza, pisos y tapete. Durante la estancia nunca manifestaron interés por hacer aseo.

Muito bom apesar do quarto barulhento

Hotel muito bom, localizado em uma área bonita e, provavelmente cara, da cidade; dois restaurantes incríveis perto. Staff muito simpático, cordial, gentil e prestativo (foram comprar um adaptador para carregar os celulares porque não tinham mais disponíveis). Check-in e check-out feitos de maneira rápida. Quarto amplo com fogão, pratos\talheres, geladeira, vista muito bonita, mas barulhento (o hotel fica em frente a uma escola). O café da manhã poderia ser melhor e ter mais variedade de pães e frutas, porém tinha uma ótima omelete e havia uma máquina para fazer suco de laranja espremido na hora (fantástico). A limpeza\arrumação do quarto é muito boa. Wi-Fi funciona otimamente. Acostumados com ar condicionado o tempo todo no Brasil sentimos falta de um, mas segundo disseram o clima ameno de Bogotá durante o ano todo faz com que a maioria dos hotéis e\ou residências não tenham aparelhos de ar condicionado instalados. Para compras, ver gente, bares e restaurantes variados, a Zona T ou Zona Rosa, onde fica o hotel Sofitel, é mais interessante. De qualquer maneira nossa estadia foi muito boa e recomendamos o Celebrities Suites Hotel.

The reception is good , I get my card charge agene now is been over a month i don't get my money back to my card do to the accounting manger every day she have deferent excuses , one day the bank they don't process the transaction the second week , she will send it to my bank account , finally she agree to give the money to one of my partner , next day she change and she claimed she will credited to the cards .

My stay here was Good! The only negative thing I have to say about my stay is the Penthouse Suite I rented did not have a steam room or a jacuzzi tub. I would definitely return to this hotel because the staff was Great! If you book at this hotel make sure you are getting everything you want before you pay for your reservation.

El servici deja que desear , la actitud del personal de algunos no es la mejor y la limpieza a veces teníamos que hablar para que fueran a hacer el cuarto porque llegábamos y no estaba hecho , sin embargo las habitaciones son sumamente cómodas y espaciosas y tiene una muy buena ubicación , puedes llegar caminando a todos lados .

Staff was great. Room service is excellent. Breakfast is served in your room without extra cost. 10 blocks away you´ll find nice malls. Bed is confortable. Our suit got a kitchen, but it didn´t come with cookware.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado, bonito y cómodo

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de las zonas de restaurantes, la zona es muy tranquila, a unas cuadras de centros comerciales, del city tour. la habitación es mas como un departamento, con buena vista de la ciudad y de buena clase. el personal super servicial.
