I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Bogotá! Staff is awesome, friendly an helpful. My room the best, sparking clean and cozy and the best parte very affordable! The location is great too! You're near to a grocery store and in a good neighbourhood!

Nice neighborhood, simple nice rooms w balcony. Nice staff. A bit far in taxi / Uber to get to Monserrate area and old town. But very nice neighborhood. Close to Gaira Cafe (Carlos Vives brother).

Los apartamentos son muy cómodos, la atención del personal es muy buena; pero es atendido por la dueña del edificio Marina Mejia que parece una enemiga del huésped, en mi caso presento un inconveniente de fuerza mayor para terminar antes de los 15 días mi estadía y la señora atiende de manera Ruda , brusca y sin idea de lo que es fidelizar los clientes. Antes de reservar verifique este aspecto, o asegúrese de no tener inconvenientes o imprevistos porque la dueña del negocio es intransigente

The property is well situated in Usaquen, La Bella Suiza. Nearby Sta. Barbara Artesan market and shops. Quiet and safe. There were no utensils, no plates, no cups, no glasses in the apt. when we arrived. When we asked for them it wasn't easy getting them. Breakfast is partially for free, second hot item is additional costs. Hotel kitchen doesn't have a proper extraction system so our room was constantly filled with cooking smells.

The wifi was very bad, so I could not do work that was necessary. I would not recommend this hotel. Also the lady at the front desk was rude and unfriendly, and stopped my friend from coming in one night , even though I had a suite and it was only me staying there. Eventually she let the friend come it, but it was very rude and made me vow to never stay here again.

Buena opción lastima quien toma las decisiones

Todo muy bien hasta que la gerente comercial luego de haber pasado varios días hospedados y muy a pesar de que llame a informar que llegaba al día siguiente decidió cancelar mi reserva y no tuvo disposición para ayudarme ya que debía tan solo cambiarme para volver a salir y al ella cancelar mi reserva no tenía como hacerlo. La única solución fue cobrarme por la hora que necesitaba tarifa full. Aclaró que estaba dispuesto a cancelar el valor de la Noche que no fui y que NO cancele ya que llame a informar que llegaba al otro día más aún cuando toda mi ropa estaba en el Hotel

Solicitud ser claros con las tarifas.

Realice mi reserva por esta página, una vez termine de hacer mi reserva, en ella, indicaba que estaban incluidos todos los cargos que el proveedor había incluido, exceptuando el 19% del iva. Me sorprendió que cuando llegue a chequear el costo de la habitación pasó de $154000 a $210000. Por lo tanto, hay un irrespeto a la información suministrada por la página o alguien no fue lo suficientemente claro. La página o el hotel. No me agradó, la atención de una de las señoras de la cocina, al momento de solicitar en el desayuno acompañamiento para el chocolate como pan o croissant, de manera poco educada nos manifestó "si pidieron arepa, no tienen derecho a pan" ella, no se tomó la delicadeza de verificar que habíamos pedido crepes. Creo, que si al interior del hotel llevan un control, nunca sería necesario hacer sentir mal a un cliente por un croissant. Por lo anterior, sugiero a los clientes, que se preparen para pagar un 38% más de la tarifa que indica la página.

Excelente todo . Sugerencia para el hotel, q manejen los avisos de “no molestar” o “ favor arreglar habitación “ ... la niña de la limpieza entró 2 veces cuando no deseaba ser interrumpida . Podrían verificar previamente al teléfono de la habitación si es oportuno o si se desea el servicio .

Hotel simples e muito bom.

Prós: Ótima localização, equipe do hotel prestativa e atenciosa, café da manhã simples, mas saboroso. Apartsuite equipado com frigobar, microondas, top cook. Contras: não há nenhum utensílio para preparo de café ou alimentação básica no apartsuite Sugestão ao hotel: disponibilizar copos, xícaras, pratos e talheres para melhor aproveitamento da estrutura, que é muito boa.

Fin de semana en Bogotá

Se encuentra en muy buena ubicación por que caminando llegas a un excelente centro comercial, está en una zona segura en la que incluso puedes usar una ciclo vía. El personal fue muy amable y me resolvió todos mis requerimientos.

Es bueno, pero

La cabecera de la cama necesita atención, igual que algunos detalles en el baño. El desayuno rico pero muy medido. La atención a nuestra llegada fue demorada, además Le pedimos tener el jacuzzi listo para el siguiente día y nos dijo que le dijeramos al que estaba de turno al día siguiente (creo que él podía dejarle la razón)
