It wasn’t our first time, we returned because we were very satisfied before but this time the staff was awful. The person that took care of us during check in was really listless. When we noticed he put us on the fourth floor and facing the street we ask him to please move us and he was not in a good mood, really careless and said no. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise until 3:30 am each day.
