Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar. Sepulang kembali hotel akhirnya kami minta ganti kamar kembali, dan kali ini tidak bau rokok, tetapi bau apek seperti kamar yang jarang dipake, apalagi kamar mandinya. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor
2. Hot water not working in bathroom
3. Jacuzzi not hot at all
4. Parking space very limited
5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked
6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help
7. Safety protocol in restaurant...
