"If it weren’t for the kindness of the host, who accommodated us for an early check-in and late checkout, I would’ve given this zero stars. It’s totally rundown, looks like it hasn’t been power washed in 20 years, as soon as you walk up it smells like mold. The listing doesn’t tell you that it’s on a main street. The inside has rotting walls with actual holes, you can smell the mold and in one of the bedrooms it smelled so toxic like cat urine and chemicals - no one could sleep in there. The...

"Great small boutique hotel in the heart of Calistoga downtown. Easy to walk around to Old Faithful geyser is 5 min drive away. Excellent pool. Staff was very friendly. Great for short retreats."

"My two sons and their families, my husband and myself stayed at the Clear Lake Cottages and Marina for a few days. This place is amazing especially if you're into fishing, relaxing by the pool, swimming, kayaking, and barbecuing. The rooms are really nice and clean and have everything necessary for a wonderful vacation. I think it must be the nicest place in Clear Lake. Why camp? We will definitely stay her again. Jen, the office manager is as sweet as can be and very helpful and knowledgeable. And don't forget to say, "Hi" to Jimmy, her cute little dog."

"New property and well kept. The location is great. I was able to use a bike in the morning and explore Healdsburg. The pool was great and fairly quiet. Loved that as adults we could use the hot tub later at night after hours. We brought our dog and they gave us dog bowls, poop bags, treats, and even asked if we needed a dog bed. Our dog loved his stay too! The hotel greeting is amazing. They greet you with a bite from the chef and offer a complementary glass of wine. The staff also offered local recommendations and were kind. We booked a dinner with the restaurant and the food was good but the attention to detail was off - had to send a steak back which took long and we couldn’t enjoy our meal together as a couple."

"The resort is incredible. The rooms are even bigger than they show online. They back right onto vines which is such a beautiful experience. The staff is so accommodating and everything was wonderful. One small hiccup - the restaurant Truss was a bit of a nightmare. 3 hours for a quick dinner. Dirty dishes everywhere. Was told by a female manager there that a more important table came in last min so the rest of us tables would have to suffer. (Not what you expect from the Four Seasons level of service) Everything else, though, was INCREDIBLE. Attention to detail was everything in this hotel. Oh! And Le Labo amenities! Such a bonus."
