「The manager woman was an absolute doll. Our room had no handsoap and she got it to us right away with her lovely smile and professional and friendly demeanor. This was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The amenities, room setup and staff and breakfast.」

「I have been in this hotel already multiple times. It is really close to the city center and has direct access to the Goldschmieding Park. The breakfast is in the old Goldschmieding castle. Over the last years the added more vegan breakfast options. The stuff is super helpful if you have food allergies. The offers a free storage for bags.」

「I had an apartment with a kitchenette for 1 week at the Esplanade. Since I didn't have a car, it was convenient--only about 3 blocks from the Hauptbahnhof and a couple of blocks from the central pedestrian zone. The property itself was attractive with a pleasant breakfast area and a nice enclosed central courtyard. The staff was also quite friendly and attentive. The sauna was a very nice, unexpected benefit at the end of tiring days. An excellent option in central Dortmund!」

「Fantastisk dejligt hotel. Så flot og fint værelse med dejligt badeværelse og siddeområde med udsigt på værelset. Desuden var der gratis minibar med øl, vand og sodavand. Meget hundevenligt. Vi fik et flot værelse. Blev ikke nedgraderet fordi vi havde hund med. Det eneste vi kunne have ønsket var, at der havde været et lufteområde udenfor. Der var gode parkeringsforhold. Man skulle op ad en stejl bakke til hotellet. Meget begejstret for dette hotel.」
