I was pleased with my stay . My original room was a bit small so I asked for a new room and they kindly gave me another room without any problem. The front desk was professional and friendly . The breakfast is good with lots of choices (for Turkey) . I would stay again .

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff are so friendly,kind and helpful. We had a late flight home and we were able to opt for a late checkout (6pm )for an extra 30euro .. they told us we could have our room for as long as we needed it . The hotel was a minutes walk to bar street/ shops and restaurants.... Can't wait to return

This hotel was a veritable surprise to me. It’s well situated and very convenient to everything around. The staff is pleasant and the rooms were clean. I had a good night sleep and that’s basically all I need when I’m traveling.

Excellent choice of hotel

Although we only stayed for a 1night stay, the hotel was perfectly located, all the personnel were extremely helpful and very friendly. Lovely clean room…we would stay there again, without hesitation.

Would not stay in this hotel again. We had double room with a little kitchenette and it was very dirty. The toilet was disgusting with stains on the sink and hair around the shower head. The kitchenette was also dirty with dust and hair all on the floor. The positive things about this hotel is the fantastic location and a very good air condition system in the room. The swimming pool is reasonable size but very crowded. My overall view is unhappy about this hotel and would avoid staying here again as cleanliness is an important factor.

Otel aileler içinde arkadaş içinde emekli kesimi içinde çok uygun ve güzeldi havuzu küçük olsada güzel zaman gecirdik hayvan dostu olmasına ayrıca sevindik calisanlar içten güler yüzlülerdi çocuklarımızla da çok ilgilendiler. Hep kolaylık sağlandı ne talep etsek. Çok merkezi, yürüyerek her yere gitmek mümkün.. Kahvaltı açık büfe, güzel. Yeni yapılan odada kaldık, oda ve banyo çok genişti.Personelin ilgisi de tatmin ediciydi. Sadece birkaç kez kapı kartı çalışmadı, sistem değişikliği yapılmış, geçici bir problemdi sanırım.

Bei Engländern beliebtes Hotel. Bis 2 Uhr nachts ist Action an der Bar im Innenhof, bei uns war es Bingo und Karaoke und natürlich Musik. Die Fenster sind leider nicht schallgedämmt, so dass man alles mitbekommt, wenn man ein Zimmer Richtung Innenhof hat. Die anderen Gäste fanden das Angebot anscheinend gut. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort und waren viel draußen unterwegs, da war das für uns erträglich. Das Personal ist freundlich, wenn man Beanstandungen hat, werden diese sofort versucht abzustellen. Das Zimmer war sauber, wie so oft fehlt typisch türkisch das Auge für das Detail bei den Fliesen, der Duschwanne etc, aber das hat uns nicht gestört und es hat alles funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Es gibt keinen wirklichen hoteleigenen Parkplatz, aber einen Parkservice, der das Auto hinter dem Hotel in der Straße parkt. Das war für uns OK, für andere, die ihr Auto nicht aus der Hand geben wollen aber vielleicht ein guter Hinweis. Am Pool waren wir nicht, natürlich gibt es wie überall zu wenig Liegen, welche gleich morgens um 7 schon mit Handtüchern reserviert werden. Es gibt dafür auch eine Sonnenterrasse über der Bar.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Für den Preis war das Hotel wirklich gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren in einem sehr guten Zustand und auch sauber. Die Anlage ist für die Innenstadt-Lage recht wirklich großzügig. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Was greeted with enthusiasm on arrival, very nice. Shown to our room which was right next to where new renovations were being done and the staff were apologetic. It was quite noisy at times and was working one morning to a man plastering right outside our door! The room was pleasant and had everything we needed but the bed and pillows were very firm so was not comfortable. Was a great location for bar street, the castle and the marina. Hopefully when all the work is finished we might go back and try again

Oda temizdi, personel ilgiliydi. Öte yandan, duşta su çok cılız akıyordu ve ısınmadı, yemekler kalitesiz ve lezzetsizdi. pizza dondurulmuş hazır pizza olsa daha lezzetli olurdu, kahvaltıdaki patates de keçe gibiydi.
