Hallo hier ein kurzer Feedback für Leute die wie wir eine andere Priorität zum Thema Gastfreundlichkeit und service legen. Ausgangsituation/Info: Das Hotel wurde erst vor einigen Jahren übernommen und die Optimierungen der Hotel- Anlage ist noch nicht abgeschlossen. Was läuft gut: Das Beste Stabile Internet das ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Ich bin Daytrader/Börse und konnte mit den vorhandenen stabilen/Qualitativen Netzwerk wunderbar bei herrlichem Ausblick arbeiten. Aber das wichtigste, wir konnten live mit unserer Familie/Enkel/ Freunde ohne Störung von jeder Ecke der Hotelanlage kommunizieren. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Hier können sich andere Hotelmanager eine gehörige Scheibe an Wissen abschneiden. Optimierungswürdig: Natürlich ist auch diesen Hotel von den negativen wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungen in der Türkei stark betroffen und muss sich bewähren ohne es kaputt zu sparen. Der Schräglift wie andere Urlauber auch kritisiert haben ist in die Jahre gekommen (Vorgänger übernommen) und müsste zu mindest mit Fett/Öl abgeschmiert werden. Die Grausamen Schleifgeräusche bei Nutzung/ bringen alle Gäste aus der Ruhe. Fazit: Ein Traumausblick hat auch seine Schattenseiten. Wir haben kein Verständnis, für Menschen die ein Hotel Negativ bewerten, weil in dem bereisten Land kein Deutsch gesprochen wird oder sich über eine Kaputte Fließe, fehlende Handtücher aufregen? Man muss auch die Kirche mal im Dorf lassen. Kommunikationsprozesse sind Weltweit nicht optimal.

Panne d'ascenseur, personnel très limité en anglais. Chambre sale, bruit , rapport qualité/prix médiocre. Room service désastreux, servie dans une assiette en carton et vraiment objectivement pas bon. Certain membre du personnel rattrape le manque de professionnalisme des autres et l'état globale de l'hôtel mais je ne recommande pas ce lieu. Nombreux problèmes mais aucun geste commercial effectué malgré les preuves.

Hier eine mögliche Bewertung, die deine positiven wie auch negativen Eindrücke sachlich, aber klar zusammenfasst: ⸻ Bewertung: Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – der Ausblick war traumhaft, der Strand wunderschön und das Meer einfach fantastisch. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Die Snacks am Mittag waren allerdings eher durchschnittlich und eher zweckmäßig als genussvoll. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch wurde das „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild im Zimmer leider nie beachtet. Der Zimmer-Service war insgesamt enttäuschend: Handtücher fehlten fast täglich, das TV-Internet funktionierte die gesamte Woche nicht und die Toilettenspülung lief permanent, obwohl mehrfach versucht wurde, das Problem zu beheben. Bäder sind leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen , hier muss auf jeden Fall etwas gemacht werden. Nur mittelmäßige Hygiene was die zimmer angeht. Wohnzimmer / Schlafzimmer war ok Insgesamt ein Hotel mit toller Lage und sehr nettem Personal, aber mit deutlich verbesserungswürdigem Service im Zimmerbereich.

One of the worst staffed and run down hotels I've ever stayed at. Just a few of our issues at this resort: - Waited for 45 minutes for a Bellhop to take us to our room, they never came. When we did run into one, he led us in the wrong direction and was on a phone call the entire time. - Several spiders in our room. - Mattress, bedding & all towels were stained with various colours. When we got new ones, they were also stained. Bedding was cheap, thin, and did not cover the bed - the sheets weren't even the right size. - Room was super run down, specifically the floor. Was dirty when we arrived, also several cracks and dents. - Our room didn't lock. - Staff at front desk lost our keys, and they were generally unfriendly when checking in and out. - There are five floors worth of stairs (approx 180) to get anywhere, NOT friendly for anyone with mobility issues. The elevators all take ages and the system is terrible. - Our fridge did not work and was emitting a weird smell. - When we complained about these issues, they threw water on the floor to "mop" with our belongings there, and the lock was just screwed into a different part of the door. - Multiple restaurants advertised which were not open, restaurant options were very limited. I would NOT recommend this resort as a four star. The only redeeming parts are the pool and beach, both of those are clean and have gorgeous views. Gym is also good. Otherwise, this would be a 1 star.

Das Hotel ist eine reine Katastrophe. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind extrem heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer war unfassbar dreckig und eklig. Wir haben mit Meerblick gebucht und haben es nicht bekommen. Der Fahrstuhl bis nach unten hat auch nicht funktioniert, sodass man sehr viele Treppen hochsteigen musste. Im Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage auch nicht funktioniert. Das Personal ist sehr inkompetent, da auf unsere Beschwerden nicht eingegangen wurde. Wir haben 4 Nächte gebucht, haben allerdings nur eine traumatische Nacht verbracht und sind früher abgereist und natürlich haben wir auch keine Rückerstattung für die anderen Tage bekommen. Die Bilder sind absolut nicht mehr aktuell und eigentlich eine dreiste Lüge. Dieses Hotel ist der absolute Müll. Bleibt bloß nicht in dem Hotel, geht absolut egal woanders hin.

die Unterkunft war Preis-Leistungs-Technisch perfekt schönster Strand in Bodrum. Außerdem super Möglichkeiten, um zu entspannen. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr fortgeschritten. Außerdem sind die Preise in der Snackbar sehr rentabel. minibar wurde jeden Tag mit Wasser befüllt und war kostenlos. Der Park Service war auch super für unser Mietauto. Bei Fragen war immer sehr schnell jemand zu Stelle und konnte helfen.

We had cold showers for our entire 1 week stay. I complained the 1st 3 days and then I was fed up of complaining so had cold showers for 7 days. Also the floors were not clean at all. Walking 5 min bare feet made my feet all black. 1 day they forgot to put towels when we came back from the beach I had to call 3 times to get some towels for the shower and hand towels. I would give only 3 stars for this hotel. 5 stars for the beach and 1 star for hotel.

I stayed at a hotel in Bodrum with a perfect location in Badaçkı Koyu. The sea was definitely the highlight of the experience, and the hotel’s location was excellent — just 7–8 minutes by taxi to Bodrum or Gümbet, or around 25 minutes on foot. The room was clean, room service was good, and the staff were generally helpful. However, there were a few downsides. Dinner was disappointing — although it was presented as an open buffet with a fixed menu, the variety was very limited and below expectations. In addition, 2–3 times a week, loud music from the nearby Club Med played at such a high volume that it was impossible to rest or even take a short nap during the day. This was not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the overall experience. The staff were good, but I believe management should consider introducing some light entertainment within the hotel itself, and definitely improve the quality and variety of the food offered.

Our flight was delayed due to possible security issues. Arrived later than expected but messaged hotel about this. Arrived at hotel and they made us wait as they said were full and had no room available even although we booked and paid months in advance. They gave us a larger room than we booked under the pretense of an upgrade but it was disgustingly dirty with leaking pipes and water flooding the bathroom. Have several photos if you want to see them. I complained and we got moved from the horrible upgrade back to a smaller more suitable room with preset air conditioning and fixed speed. Food was typical Turkish and in no way was it International as promoted except the boiled and fried eggs. Believe circumstances caused by lax attitude to preventative maintenance by management as staff are only going to do what they are told and not going to risk their jobs by being proactive without management ok. Expedia should bear a lot of the blame as it was big, set on multiple levels, certainly not accurately described (your company built it up and set expectations high), not Disabled friendly as too many stairs (several) and individual lifts (3) just to get to our room. Can’t believe that Holiday Inn group and I. H. G. Would be happy to brag about a property in this condition. Maybe they don’t know just how much work needs done. Pro-active maintenance should be number one on their list. As I said have lots of photos all you need to do is request them and provide an email address.
