「My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the J-Max apartment. It is in a good, quiet location away from the main road but still an easily walkable distance to Lake Bled (around 10-15 mins walk), a large Mercator supermarket, and all the general restaurants and shops you could need. This apartment had a small kitchen which we found handy to prep food. It is a basic clean space with no frills and was fine for us. 「Really nice property! Felt like we were visiting relatives. Owner got us a dinner reservation at a neighboring restaurant since property's restaurant was full and it was truly amazing. Stocked bar, cozy, and my favorite was bathroom floors were heated. Was there in April but still a little chilly! Highly recommend if you're not info the commercial properties.」

「A great place to stay. Homely, comfortable and well kept. Great location with free parking. Around 15- 20 min walk to the city centre. Very helpful staff. My only negative was no blackout curtains/ blinds nor extra pillows. 」

「Don’t let the term hostel deter you from booking this wonderful hotel. While they do have bunk rooms with shared bathrooms, we booked a beautiful room with ensuite bath. It was quiet and extremely clean. The location of the hotel is walkable from train or bus stations and is in the heart of the historic area of a lovely town.
