「This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Perfectly located in the city center, the building was perfectly renovated to a modern design while preserving the quaint charm of the building. Furnishings were perfect. Comfortable bed. Trundle bed was great for our kid. Breakfast delivered to the door was incredible! Fresh squeezed OJ, fresh croissants, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit jam.」

「櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,」

「Very nice, light, spacious, clean apartment recently renovated and 5min walk from Calle Laurel. No reception - the check-in and arrival process is all explained through email and WhatsApp and you perform a self check-in to receive the room card in an electronic kiosk - but this all worked flawlessly and in case of questions etc. the response through WhatsApp or via calling was excellent. I booked parking too which is right next door and access works with the same room card. Highly recommended...

「Buscábamos un lugar tranquilo en La Rioja y nos hemos encontrado con este fantástico alojamiento tocado por El Norte. Un lugar que dispone de amplias habitaciones, un servicio y atención excelente. Que cuida todos los detalles para que sus huéspedes se encuentren como en casa. Aparcamiento y un jardín encantador. Aparte también hemos disfrutado de la exquisita cocina de este establecimiento y de unos desayunos muy completos para emprender cada dia una nueva aventura por los alrededores. Muy bien...
