In its day it would probably have been considered a luxury resort but now its showing a little wear and tear. Many of the staff do not speak English so it makes it difficult to communicate. 「The design of this hotel is imaginative but unfortunately it has become rather neglected. Despite some attention from staff, the swimming pool was unusable, having murky water and floating insects. The grounds were uncared for. We were given a cottage in the grounds which had no similarity to the photos advertised.
