I called to speak to the staff and inform them of my situation of not knowing that the hotel location was far (over 10 hr drive) from the airport that I was in. It was my first time traveling to Panama and I was unaware of what to do to get to that location. She seemed to not care and I lost my money and was never able to make it there, they didn’t issue a refund and was extremely insensitive about resolving the issue. She basically said for me to find a way without no instructions, etc. I had to end up booking another hotel nearby.
