The area is pretty secure and is very close to the main highway and 7 minutes away from the Airport (Aeropuerto Las Americas-AILA). The ocean view that my room had was breathtaking and the staff was well trained and very curteous! I will 100 % stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the DR."

After showing my confirmation email and credit card charge the front desk called the owner who said she was far away and there was nothing she could do since the unit was occupied already. After leaving embarrassed as other customers waited I found accommodation elsewhere. 45 minutes later I received a call asking me to return there was a mistake at the front desk and my reservations are found. "Joel at reception was the best. Stay away from Rosa at reception; everyone has negative interactions with her. Otherwise, the staff is kind, helpful, and professional. Their app was great. Menu variety was good. Night life was not too loud. Love the renovation. Rooms are great and spacious. Bed/bedding a plus. No privacy in the shower. Glass door is at the front of the room facing the room door."
