"Overall, nice room. The 2 issues were the toilet wouldn’t refill because the float in the tank would get stuck and you had to remove the lid and tap the float head to get it start refilling. Second, the bed support had some type of issue. When you would lay down or sit down on it, it would give it and squeak."

"Condo staff was mean and dismissive but charleen was great and super sweet. Helped a lot with easy communication. The listing and the instructions sent later were inconsistent. Cockroach in the condo Front desk said condo was cleaned and ready but the cleaning staff was still inside when we entered the unit"

"Room was excellent and very well appointed. Loved being on the 3rd floor. Room had everything we could ask for. Security at Sapphire is ridiculous. They are power-hungry wanna-be cops. They exist to threaten guests and suck all the fun out of the stay."

"this condo was clean but barely equipped with necessities. There were no carpets or mats on the floors so had to use towels especially in the shower areas for slippery floors. Couch looked very worn. Dining table legs were wobbly. Refrigerator does not have ice or water (they did provide ice trays). There are only two small hand towels in the kitchen. The beach view was spectacular and the grounds are kept very nicely and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a nice stay."
