「Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.」

「整體都幾好，只係太近馬路，有些嘈吵。 至於整潔就有問題，枕頭套有污漬，熟食餐具不太整潔。但是上網問題，比其他國家，就要改進，全球以旅遊為主的個家，都是提供免費上網，如要附費亦不太費，但是澳洲的在酒店上網費太貴了。」

「We had a big group so we had rented the Beach House which was more than enough for our group of 8. It came with two parking slots perfect for us and due to the location(at the end of Koala place), there is ample street parking available. The retreat is superb, with ample greenery and space between cabins in stark contrast to other resorts in the area and just under a leisurely 10 mins walk from the beach. On the EV charging front, there are 4 Type 2 charging ports with rating up to 22kWh. I...
