Grande chambre propre avec très grande douche eau de pluie puissante. Personnel tojours souriant et sympathique. Plusieurs piscines dont une très grande pour nager c'est idéal. L'eau est en plus à bonne température malgré le vent. Différents bars et restaurants sur le complexe. C'est un grand hôtel mais que ce soit aux restaurants, aux bars ou à la piscine, on ne sent pas vraiment le monde. C'est bien fait. Seul bémol, nous avions une belle chambre avec balcon mais pas une jolie vue.

Très bon service et quelques améliorations to do

Le personnel et le service était très bien . Variété et qualité des repas très bien. Standing a rénové dans les accès aux chambres , peinture mur etc.. nous sommes dans un palace ! Désinfection des chambres nous étions envahis par des petits cafards dans la salle de bain et la chambre ! Nous sommes dans un palace ! Activités et spectacle étaient au Rendez vous pour nous faire passer de belles soirées

Need Improvement in Some Areas & Superb in Others

Service staff in all areas were superb. Food was good with lots of variety in the African Restaurant. Other specialty restaurants could have more menu options and more variety that differ from food in the African Restaurant. My room had a foul musty odor. One day when I returned to the room, there was a black cat in my room. Cats roamed around the property and cat poop was gound on the stairs and not cleaned up.

Très déçue par la chambre à notre arrivée qui sentait l’humidité d’une manière étouffante (j ai toussé toute la nuit) avec des remontées d égouts venant des toilettes et de l eau de la douche. Le matelas était absolument immonde et les draps et oreillers empestaient. Nous avons été changé de chambre mais sans un mot d’excuse. Hôtel pas du tout digne d un palace, aucun produit d accueil en dehors des classiques shampoings, lampe défectueuse, buffet quantitatif et non qualitatif, aucune infrastructure sportive en dehors du centre de plongée

A estadia foi boa em geral. Aspetos positivos: Simpatia dos funcionários, excelente serviço e animação. Piscinas sempre com espreguiçadeiras disponíveis. Aspetos negativos: Diria que foi mesmo o quarto. Tínhamos pedido cama de casal e tivemos 2 camas de solteiro juntas (que nunca é a mesma coisa pois não tinha um sobrecolchão). Mas isso teria sido contornável se o colchão fosse bom, mas o colchão era muito velho e fazia cova no centro, fazendo com que de hora a hora acordasse com dores nas costas.Outro aspeto menos bom no quarto foi a presença de dezenas de mosquitos. No primeiro dia matei cerca de 20 mosquitos e todos os dias, apesar de nunca abrir a janela, apareciam mais uns 5 ou 6, que tinha de matar. A limpeza era fraca no geral - desde caruncho no wc, restos mortais de mosquitos nos tetos e paredes (já lá estavam quando entrei, apenas ficou pior), cheiro a mofo no sofá. Tive de pedir para colocarem fronhas impermeáveis nas almofadas, pois na primeira noite, o cheiro e as manchas amarelas da almofada, que não tinha protetor impermevável por baixo da fronha, incomodaram o sono. Substituíram as almofadas, por novas, o que foi ótimo, mas em termos de higiene, continuo a sugerir que deveriam colocar protetores impermeáveis, laváveis entre clientes. Apesar destas questões todas do quarto, fora do quarto, o balanço foi muito positivo. As comidas ótimas e ninguém sofreu nenhuma intoxicação alimentar.

A wonderful hotel - modern, bright and clean. Without exception, the staff are friendly and helpful, from the quick check-in to the handling of suitcases, catering and housekeeping. The hotel team clearly attaches great importance to the service and well-being of its guests. In the restaurant, I was greeted in the evening with a smile and the question of whether I would like to have “my” table again. This is a fascinating level of attention from the staff. The restaurants are large enough that you can find a seat anywhere. The buffets are large and of a very decent quality and are beautifully presented, with staff constantly ensuring that everything is clean and tidy. The sandy beach in front of the hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and you can go for long walks here. The entire outdoor area of the hotel is also clean and impeccably maintained. I could have easily stayed at the hotel for longer than a week and can recommend it without reservation. Even the proximity to the airport is not a problem, as there is no aircraft noise to be heard. On the contrary: literally less than five minutes passed between collecting my suitcase at the airport and entering the hotel lobby - that is extremely convenient.

Struttura molto bella immersa nel verde, camere spaziose e pulite. Personale cordiale e premuroso un saluto speciale alla nostra amica Teny del bar Capuchino che con i suoi italianissimi caffè espresso ci ha coccolate durante il nostro soggiorno. Intrattenimento serale un po' carente e sbrigativo visto che alcune sere alle 22 era già tutto concluso. Ottima la cena al ristorante Kristal abbastanza deludente invece quella al ristorante Mitsuki. Ottimo assortimento e qualità al buffet Africa, ma da rivedere la qualità dei lievitati per la colazione. Piscine bellissime ma prese d'assalto dalla maggior parte deglio ospiti che trascorrono li l'intera giornata.....ottimo per chi (come noi!)si vuole godere la magnifica spiaggia che risulta sempre poco affollata! Il servizio di cambio teli spiaggia dovrebbe essere disponibile con orario continuato.

Great location, and only a very short taxi drive from the airport. Hotel staff were amazing, and provided a great service. Heard in previous reviews that the food was limited, but there was an abundance of fresh fish/meat, and everything to go with it. Couldn’t have had a better choice. Just a great place to switch off and relax. 10/10

Great staff and hotel

Amazing staff at the hotel hotel was beautiful and clean and had so much to it. Went with my 10 month old baby and husband we were provided with a travel cot too great in size and comfortable. The staff were amazing and a great help with lots of things.
