well the front desk clerk said i did not pay, this was when i was about to leave, we were so embarrassed, we got a room with one bunk bed and one single bed, two female who were on the trip neither wanted to sleep on the bunk bed, as i can recall it should have been three single bed,

Apesar do calor mais me agradou muito.

O Hotem estava passando por reforma do lado externo o que me incomodou um pouco pelo cheiro do tinner. O quarto em si é bem completo, com TV, ar, frigobar grande, armario, mesa e cadeira. A localização no centro facilitou muito para locomover na cidade.

Há pontos de atenção

O hotel fica bem localizado e é um dos poucos edifícios verticais da cidade (o que é vantagem para quem gosta de uma boa vista); no entanto, o estado de conservação dos corredores e quartos não está legal: quando cheguei, me colocaram no 115 (1º andar), que já era reformado, mas havia sujeira no piso e na roupa de cama (que um dos pés já estava arrebentado, inclusive) e havia até uma barata circulando pela parede; reclamei na recepção no dia seguinte e me transferiram para o 404 (4º andar); este tinha uma estrutura mais velha, mas ao menos estava limpo. Atendimento foi tranquilo, não tive problemas. Café da manhã excelente (a propósito, esse é o ponto alto do hotel), com itens saborosos e diversificados.

Bem mais ou menos...pra menos mesmo.

Cara...é medio pra ruim a qualidade do hotel. Pontos negativos:❌️ • O atendimento na recepção é fraco, a moça mal olhou na minha cara pra fazer os procedimentos, na parte da tarde o atendente fez a mesma coisa. • Não tem bebedouro no hotel, as coisas no quarto são velhas, não tem SmartTv pra quem curte ver filmes e tal, não tem shampoo/condicionador nos banheiros, apenas um sabonete pequeno. • Achei muito barulhento entre os quartos, maçaneta velha, não dá sensação de segurança, além de nao ser NADA parecido como nas fotos do anúncio. Pontos positivos: ✅️ • A localização é boa, bem próximo ao centro e dos principais locais que poderia precisar ir. Fica barato o uber assim. • O preço é "em conta". Não vou dizer que é batato comparado aos outros hoteis que já fui, mas cabe sim no bolso. • Tem um cafe da manhã com local amplo, mas todas as comidas meio que têm o mesmo gosto (não achei bom, particularmente falando), mas tem isso sim, alem de uma piscina ao lado que não fui, porque fui meionquendesencorajado na recepção. No mais, pra queme sta precisando muito passar a noite a um preco bem acessivel, vale sim a diária.

Caiu muito de qualidade

Infelizmente o hotel caiu de qualidade. Nas vezes em que me hospedei anteriormente, havia um ótimo atendimento, café delicioso e diversificado, além do conforto da acomodação. Na última estada, percebi que no café da manhã é servido um bolo e diversos salgados e quase nenhuma fruta. O barulho de portas batendo mesmo à noite, hóspedes gritando nos corredores e barulhos de reforma eram constantes durante o dia todo. Hoje não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.
