Nice hotel, awful staff

The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). Later, when paying for the city tax, it took her good 5 minutes to come up with a bill for €1,48. To top it off, the staff forgot to call us a taxi, despite being repeatedly reminded that we really need it to be there early morning, less we miss our flight. Luckily, an Uber was near and flight caught, but I will never set foot in this hotel again.

4 nuitées passées pour les affaires au Riccoty C’est un sans faute ! Je n’étais jamais tombé sur un établissement où tout le personnel est super agréable, souriant etc ! J’en ai pas son prénom mais la demoiselle brune à l’accueil est un vrai rayon de soleil Ses collègues aussi 😁 Merci encore

séjour décevant hôtel affichant 3 étoiles mais qui ne sont pas à la hauteur: pas de personnel durant le séjour,1 petit déjeuner sur les 5 jours équivalent à un formule 1 amélioré, accueil moyen le premier jour personne le reste du temps, moyen de paiement uniquement par cb, je ne recommande pas cet établissement pour un séjour touristique mais éventuellement pour une 1 ou 2 nuits de passage, personnellement je ne le retient pas dans mon carnet d'adresse, aucun services à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 3 étoiles en comparaison Ibis est nettement plus sélecte.

Quand on a pas le choix

Aucun service. On a vu personne la veille ni le lendemain. Pas de petit déjeuner. L encaissement se fait par prélèvement CB. juste y dormir un soir, sinon aucun intérêt d y dormir. On etait d anniversaires chez des amis. Prix de la chambre élevé. 108€.

A ne retenir que pour la partie hôtel

La partie hôtel reste très correcte pour un séjour de passage mais un peu surpris par le repas du soir avec un buffet d'entrées très sommaire et un plat principal digne d'un resto universitaire.

Simple et efficace

Chambre agréable et spacieuse, Literie confortable Bloc Salle d 'eau/WC intégré, pratique, assez grand, un peu vieillissant, a rafraichir. Petit déjeuner, simple, mais avec viennoiserie. Le fait que l'hôtel est en total rénovation, tout n'est pas optimisé , mais aucun gène pour nous. Personnel agréable et souriant, très bon accueil.

j’ai hâte d’y revenir

actuellement l’hôtel est en cours de rénovation et il est vrai qu’il est plutôt particulier de circuler dans des zones en cours de chantier. Toutefois les chambres sont correctes et ce dont je suis certain c’est qu’elle avenir c’est tout elle sera vraiment génial au vu du projet que les propriétaires ont j’ai hâte d’y revenir
