"This place was dirty, had ants on the walls, the sink and the microwave. The AC unit was loud and if used for over an hr, will start to leak down the wall. The couch was dirty and filled with crumbs. the blanket they provide had gunk dried something on it. Couldn’t stay for the whole night, told the property I left and was told to returned the key right away—which didn’t make sense because it was non refundable and I paid for the night. "Nossa satisfação começou na recepção pela Glaucia e pelo Fabio, fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados de forma muito especial como se já fossemos conhecidos. No restaurante não foi diferente, tivemos sugestões de pratos excelentes pelo Vinicius e também muito bem atendido pelo Lucas. No café da manhã, a Kelly nos ajudou muito e com muita dedicação, principalmente pelas restrições alimentares da minha esposa. Também no checkout, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionistas. Enfim, jun dos melhores hotéis que já tivemos o privilégio de nos hospedar. Obrigado pela dedicação e experiência."
