「Room was small but clean .. staff in the hotel were lovely and couldn't do enough ... the food was excellent 」

「Had issues with toilet running but receptionist moved us to another room. It was cold in the room the evening we checked in and the next morning before heat came on. Close to town.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. I upgraded to an en-suite room, which made all the difference. The breakfast was great, though there is no longer on-site parking. There is a free carpark about 5 minutes walk away, cheaper pay-and-display parking round the corner and more expensive pay-and-display parking on the road outside.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great! All staff were very helpful. The room was very warm, even though we kept the window open all night. Wouldn't let that put me off returning. We hope to return soon!」

「Avoid the food. Hairdryer in the room has safety mechanism which means it cuts out after 30 seconds and you have to wait 60 seconds for it to cool down before using it again.」

「WARNING! Don’t book this hostel!! As Chris mentions it has run out of business and is closed down, but still takes the payments and sends a confirmation email like nothing. I unfortunately booked it before Chris’ experience.. trying to get hotels.com to remove this hostel! 」

「Breakfast was good. Fruit juice.cereal. fry. Toast range of breads.loose tea. Staff very attentive. Evening meal was good.good choice.moved room as mum not able for stairs. Had sea view was stunning.room very good and walk in shower excellent.lovely venue will return to stay again.」

「Beautiful cottage, we were here during Darragh but it was warm and comfortable . Only thing I would say is if you don’t know how to light a peat fire research it , lol we had Donagle family to show us the way. But it was wonderful staying here, you can’t go wrong especially if you have a large group with all the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again 」
