「Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was too far from the thruway and in a very isolated area with no restaurants or retail. TV was terrible and beds too high to get into. 2nd floor walk-up challenging for seniors with luggage.」

「I don’t even know where to begin with how disgusting this stay was. We checked into the Sleep Inn, paid $90 for a room, and the moment we opened the door we knew we had made a mistake.
The room absolutely reeked of cat piss, mixed with a heavy blast of air freshener that was clearly being used to try to cover up the smell. It didn’t work — it just made the entire room smell like urine and chemicals. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and was visibly filthy.
