「Pros: location across from the beach, nice pool on site, location relative to some bars and the marina area, wristband door keys. Maintence was very quick to fix our shower! Cons: location is far from the "popular" shops and restaurants, remodeled but still very cheap feeling, water to shower and facet gets so hot it would blister a child in seconds, pool chairs for use with this reservation are located at a seperate location which would be a 20 minute walk on the beach or hopping on the trolley...

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Services in room, replenishment, toiletries, towels etc not done. The older was rundown. Moving to the newer tower was an up charge of $175 per night. .Restaurant evening service poor. Vanessa pool side service was excellent! Beautiful beach could have had more amenities than just towels and umbrellas. For example food and drink service on the beach. We would not stay at that location again and we would consider other Opal properties. 」

「Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with 」

「The staff was excellent and accommodating. The room was not ready but they did their best and made it right. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10」

「Parking was very crowded and close. The room had a window in the entry door that wasn’t covered properly for privacy and let in light all night. The couch was dirty and the large rug was filthy. The bathroom was nice. The bed was good, and the refrigerator worked well. However, you had to go to another location for check in. If they cleaned properly and covered the window in the door it would be fine.」

The property had a nice pool, and it was in a quiet area. The downside was that the room had a tiny bathroom. The sink was so small that the floor was soaked just from my washing my face.
