"Check-in was just fine- no issues - very polite young man.
The train noise was no big deal for us.
The only real issue we have is that within minutes of putting our dog's feeding bowl down on the floor it was overtaken by ants - a ton of ants!
If you're traveling without a pet, this property is just fine but when traveling with a pet it's not a good idea."

"Convenient location to Petrified Forest. Friendly staff for check in and check out. Breakfast was good. Although room close to I-40 traffic noise was not an issue. This is an older motel but was in good shape. Only food is adjacent Indian restaurant, and food was good an inexpensive. Closest American food was next I-40 exit 6 miles east"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times. The breakfast offerings are always poor. Coffee is terrible. We know this so we bring our own coffee. We only eat cereal at breakfast & toast because that’s what they basically have. The price is right, the location, the rooms, & cleanliness out weigh a poor breakfast."

"The room reeked of smoke (non-smoking) to the point of it interrupting sleep. There were two cockroaches, one was alive! One was on the sheets. Scary area. The pool gate locked us in and we had the scale the fence to get OUT.
Also, the cigarette smoke permeated the entire property. "
