Amazing! Great service... Over and above needed help....just a bit of a snag on the hot water.. Could not shower on arrival as water was warm-cold..

When I arrived I was informed that my payment was not received and it was declined by my bank. This despite my bank statement confirmation which I showed to the receptionist. It took 45 minutes to resolve the matter and I was eventually allowed to check in.

Very dissapionted

The vending machine were out of order... The people who stayed there were very loud and after sevral hours that the recptionist come and warn them it were still.. The receptionist were very busy when we arrived and didnt explaine how the wifi worked... The linked you must follow... There were only 3 channels on tv nothing for kids to watch... Room were clean and the dubble bed matrass were to big for the bed.. but after all the room were clean

had to wait almost an hour to be checked in due to loadshedding on our arrival. the hotel does not have a generator system in place. it was pouring with rain and after the long drive certainly not the most pleasant wait..

Not so friendly night receptionist

Night receptionist not friendly at all. We asked for another room because room 114 aircon not cooling room, he said open the window and I said no because room is on ground floor , he gave us 207 and I said I dont want the noise from the flats on that side, he said no there is no noise , we moved to 207 just to found loud music on that side. I went down to reception and told the guy about the noise. He gave us room 214.

Nice accessible secure and close to shops

Good experience with the support of helpful hotel staff. Security at the hotel was second to none and this allowed free execution of our daily activities. Rooms were kept clean and staff was always ready to assist. The hotel could enhance its image by providing wifi connectivity in rooms.

my stay was not good all.tv ad no clear picture - very blur. Only sabc 1,2,3 & e-tv. not good for travellers with mobile offices as there was no wifi. no mugs for drinking water and no kettle to make tea in the room. because of the bunker bed above main bed, one keeps banging head against it. no information that your card is to also be used as lights switch - communication with the reception except having to take a walk to the reception
