NO reception. Details of entry codes were late. We had to call to get them. No tea or coffee making in room. Breakfast and drinks were only available between 8.30 and 10.00. Plus you had to go down 2 flights of stairs then the drinks were on the landing. You had to wait in line for quite a while to get some drinks and toast. NO afternoon drinks available. The staff were good but had no English. There was nothing on the door or Signage above to inform where Milada was.
