We had a couple issues when we arrived, but Bailey took care of it right away. She replied to our messages promptly. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. Beds were comfortable. Recommend it!

A nice break in Blanding

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Blanding. It was a welcome break in between two days of long travel between Arches and the Grand Canyon. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and it was nice to have the kitchen for meal prep.

Property is in a good location and clean inside. However take care in reading the property description. The "laundry" is a coin-operated laundry in the stairwell that takes quarters to run. Gas grill was filthy and had no fuel. The "wood" in the fire pit consisted of twigs collected from the trees around the property. The kitchen was not well equipped. Example: 3 dinner plates in a condo that sleeps 8.

Good place for groups to stay in Blanding.

Good value for 8 persons. Good size beds except for a pair of twins (ok for kids). The lighting was poor, in the kitchen and bath (need brighter bulbs). Neighborhood was residential and very quiet.

We had a good stay. The unit was spacious, clean and well stocked with kitchen needs. Note that arriving on Sunday evening there isn't any restaurants (except Subway and A&W) or supermarkets open.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!!

Absolutely loved this stay! So clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub under the stars was amazing. The owner was very friendly. Located in a quiet little neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again!! Loved having separate rooms for everyone and 2 bathrooms!

It was clean and spacious… but the heating didn’t work and we could never get the temp over 65 degrees. It was an uncomfortably cold night. The tub drained super slow and water backed up during shower, and the bathroom light started flickering so bad in the middle of shower that it had to be shut off. The hot tub looked nice but we didn’t take advantage for fear we would get out and be too cold after. Would not stay there again.

Great place to stay. Fam fav out of 6 dif hotels

CLEAN. Shower pressure is GREAT. We made breakfast before we left. Everything we needed to cook breakfast. Only issue I had- as states it’s a condo and there are laundry facilities. I assumed it was a condo based on title and condos typically have their own W/D. There is a W/d but it’s coin laundry so be prepared. We planned to wash clothes at this point in our 9 day SW trip so was surprised. Easily solved - ran down to the laundromat and got change! Otherwise place was great, spacious and comfy. Recs: I tried to send an email but it bounced back. The toilet next to king bed runs after a flush. The chain is getting stuck. Also, we are from Midwest and had no idea how to use the infrared heat thing on the wall. We were hot so we opened the windows. Maybe add something to the binder on how to work them?

This is a gem of a place I highly recommend it for a place to stay to enjoy southeastern Utah. The host was great and inviting, we will definitely stay there again. Very clean and comfortable, felt just like home!!

Great place, especially for larger groups. We were a party of theee, but could easily accommodate 8. Nice thoughtful touches, like eclipse glasses, which is what we were there for. Highly recommend!

The first day the fire detectors chirped so badly I couldn't sleep. We replaced the battery in the detector in the bedroom off the kitchen. It finally stopped chirping and I could sleep. The dishwasher leaks. I tried running it the first day and a huge puddle formed in the middle of the kitchen. I will leave the towels in the floor so I can run it before I leave and the towels catch the water. The light in the bathroom of the kitchen has missing and not working light bulbs. The bulb over the toilet doesn't work at all. There needs to be a way to contact the property owner or manager outside of the Hotels app. The auto messenger is useless. The app can't help get us the answers we need. There has to be a way. I tried calling the number listed but the mailbox was full. The property owner needs to have the condo dishwasher repaired and put new bulbs in the bathrooms. We did have a good stay but the owner needs to know of the problems to fix them.
